Healthcare logistics, engineered.
Field-grade AI forthe logistics of human lives.
Orange Hub operates at the intersection of private ambulance dispatch, large-scale event medical response, and hospital digital transformation — domains where human lives, time pressure, and multi-agency coordination meet. Not a roadmap deck. Code the founder still writes.

Why Orange Hub
Why partners choose us as their AI implementation home.
In medical transport, a model that emits confident answers without confidence will cost lives. We do not need a model that sounds sure. We need a model with an accurate model of the limits of its own certainty.
- 01
Domain alignment
Honest handling of uncertainty, careful reasoning, safety-first design. The judgment profile required of a dispatch operator support agent maps cleanly onto the model character we adopt.
- 02
An implementer-CEO
The CEO writes the code. Partner conversations land directly on implementation decisions, with no translation layer in between. The dispatch MVP itself was built by the CEO.
- 03
Group-level clinical depth
Our affiliate Paramedic Ltd. provides an always-on clinical review loop staffed by emergency paramedics and nurses with real Yokohama field experience. Implementation and clinical depth lock together inside one group.
Business
Three business lines, one axis.
Private ambulance dispatch, large-scale event medical operations, hospital DX — three independent lines, all aligned along a single axis: safety-critical healthcare logistics.
- Line 01
Private ambulance dispatch operations
AI agents structure intake information, pre-list the medical equipment likely to be needed, and generate handoff templates for the receiving facility — woven into the dispatch system end to end.
- Line 02
Large-scale event medical operations
Triage and transport operations engineered for events with international visibility. We extend our existing dispatch foundation to absorb visitor scale, multi-agency coordination, and tail risk.
- Line 03
Hospital DX solution
Inter-facility transfer workflow, post-discharge transport coordination, structured transport records, and document generation — patterns validated in Line 01 and 02, ported into hospital operations.
Active Projects
AI implementation, currently in flight.
Three active engagements at three different stages.
Stage 01
01
Private ambulance dispatch — AI integration
An AI-based dispatch decision support agent is being integrated into the dispatch system of our affiliate Paramedic Ltd. (Naka-ku, Yokohama; 24/7/365). The MVP itself was implemented by the CEO, so AI integration is a natural extension of the codebase he has been writing — not a roadmap on a slide.

02
Large-scale event medical operations
Dispatch and transport operations for a flagship event with international attendance, prepared as an extension of our in-house dispatch system. Multi-agency coordination and tail-risk tolerance are designed in from day one.

Philosophy
Moving people and resources under high-risk constraint.
The CEO holds a B.A. in Economics from Sophia University and a Master's degree from Yokohama National University Graduate School, where the research focus was disaster logistics. Career path: international air export operations at a global logistics company, helicopter SAR operations coordination at a humanitarian NGO, regulatory document maintenance at an airline, and now Orange Hub.
All of it sits on a single axis — moving people and resources under high-risk constraint. Orange Hub brings that axis into medical transport, the most delicate domain it touches, with AI placed at the center.
